I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, with little touches that really made a difference. The location, nestled close to the stunning Volcano, was simply breathtaking.
Everything was absolutely fine, couldn't have asked for more.

Big bed (not the french size of 1,40m), restaurant was good, the service including. Breakfast good for a french Hotel (as usually they serve only croissants and jam, we also had cheese)
A smile of the staff ! Smiling is so easy, so if the hotel-staff reads this: try it out, just smile. It reders everyone happy and you use less muscles than making a serious face !!

The "2star" category is definitely an understatement for this place - it is really nice and excellent. An important asset is the good restaurant where we enjoyed a remarkable dinner and a very good breakfast. The rooms may be simple but are very practical.

Quite easy to find, despite non-specific address details. Nice, modern, clean hotel in quiet location (at least if you face the rear, as we did), with friendly reception. Reasonable sized room with good facilities. Good breakfast.

Restaurant unusual decor and good variety of menus. Friendly staff - waiter half English half French, so able to help with staff's little English and our little French. Good view of Puy de dome from one room of two. Excellent location for mountains.

Staff was very extremly friendly and helpful. Location was great, only 5 minutes by car to Clermont center and 10-15 minutes to Vulcania Park and to Puy de Domes. No problems with parking.
Bar was directly in Reception an when we arrived was there many "very happy" mens :) But thats was ok.

Good compromise between quality and cost; position very near to the Puy de Dome.

Great restaurant and friendly staff. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The views were stunning and it was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The room was cozy and had everything I needed for my stay. Plus, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The Wi-Fi was not working during my stay which was a major inconvenience as I needed to stay connected for work. The room was also quite stuffy and could have benefitted from some fresh air, but there were no windows to open.

V good value for money. Excellent restaurant. Friendly service. Good location for overnight stay between angers and Carpentras.
It would be good to have coffee in the rooms. I always look for hotels with guarded parking if possible.
